Are Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries safe?
Yes, LiFePO4 is inherently safe and recognized as the most stable type of lithium battery available. Power Queen lithium cells are UL certified, ensuring they meet the highest safety and sustainability standards. Each Power Queen LiFePO4 battery is equipped with an internalBattery Management System (BMS)that provides protection against under-voltage during discharge, over-voltage during charging, over-current during discharge, over-temperature during both charging and discharging, and short circuits, thereby safeguarding the battery cells from damage. Moreover, Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries have been rigorously tested to confirm they pose no risk of fire or electric shock, even in harsh environments.
How do I store Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries?
It is recommended to store LiFePO4 lithium batteries at a 50% state of charge (SOC). For prolonged storage, it is advisable to cycle the batteries at least once every six months. Recommended storage environment:10℃～35℃ (50℉～95℉），45%RH～75％RH.
Can I use Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries as starting batteries?
No, Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries are designed solely for energy storage and are not intended for starting devices. Please refrain from using them for this purpose.
Where are your batteries made? Are the cells are grade A?
Our batteries are made in China, we adopt Grade A cells in our battery pack which are all automotive-grade batteries from Tier 1 battery companies (such as BYD, CATL, EVE, and Ganfeng).
What does the "Like New Batteries" mean? Are they refurbished?
These used new batteries were bought by customers who found that they bought the wrong capacity or did not compatible with their application.
But we have analyzed and tested the batteries before they’re ready to be sold. It is confirmed that there is no problem with the battery, only a little scratch on the battery's surface during transportation.
And we also provide a 5 years warranty for our used batteries.
How soon can I get the product after placing an order?
We'll arrange the shipment for your order the next business day after you place your order (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). And normally you could receive your packages in 2-5 workdays.
