The Battery Management System (BMS) boards vary between the two versions. The 200Ah battery is equipped with a 100A BMS, allowing for a maximum continuous charge and discharge current of 100A. In contrast, the Plus version features a 200A BMS, capable of handling a maximum continuous charge and discharge current of 200A.
Are Power Queen LiFePO4 Lithium batteries safe?
Yes, LiFePO4 is an exceptionally safe and stable lithium battery chemistry, renowned for being the most reliable on the market. Power Queen lithium cells are UL certified, meeting the highest safety and sustainability standards. Each Power Queen LiFePO4 battery is equipped with an internal Battery Management System (BMS) that provides comprehensive protection against under-voltage during discharge, over-voltage during charge, over-current during discharge, over-temperature during both charge and discharge, and short circuits, thereby safeguarding the battery cells. Additionally, Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries have been rigorously tested to ensure they are free from fire and electric shock risks, even in demanding conditions.
Can I pair a Bluetooth Module for this battery to monitor the battery status on the phone?
No. This battery is not compatible with the Bluetooth module. You can use a 500A Battery Monitor With Shunt to keep track of battery status.
Can I use Power Queen LiFePO4 Lithium batteries as starting batteries?
No, Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries are designed solely for energy storage and should not be used as starting batteries. Please avoid using them to start any devices.
How long will a 12V 200Ah battery last?
Run Time (hours) = Battery Capacity (Ah) / Current (A)
The higher the discharge rate (amount of current/amps being drawn from the battery), the shorter the duration it will last.
For example, a 200Ah battery discharged at 10A might theoretically last approximately 20 hours. Discharging at 50A would only last approximately 4 hours.
How do I store Power Queen LiFePO4 lithium batteries?
It is recommended to store Power Queen LiFePO4 batteries at 50% state of charge (SOC). If the batteries are stored for long periods, cycle the batteries at least every 6 months. Recommended storage environment: 10℃～35℃ (50℉～95℉), 45%RH～75％RH.
