What does the "like new batteries" mean? Are they refurbished?
They are not refurbished. The used like-new batteries were bought by previous customers. They found that they bought the wrong capacity or the batteries were not compatible with their application. Therefore, they returned them.
We assure you that our batteries are thoroughly checked and tested before delivery ( only a few have minor scratches on the surface). We also provide a 5-year warranty for these used batteries.
Where are your batteries made? Are the cells are grade A?
Power Queen batteries are made in China. They are made of advanced cells which are all automotive-grade batteries from Tier 1 battery companies.
Where is my order shipped from?
We have multiple warehouses located in the Canada. We will arrange the shipment from the nearest warehouse according to your shipping address and stock situation.
How soon can I get the product after placing an order?
We'll arrange the shipment for your order the next 1~2 working days after payment (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Usually, you will receive the parcel within 2~5 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
We only support ships to the continental U.S., Canada, and EU countries (except Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, and Switzerland).
