Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty is the commercial guarantee provided by Power Queen. It grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

 

Warranty Conditions The warranty period begins on the original purchase date. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If gifted or resold, warranty claims must be made through the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Batteries replaced or repaired under warranty do not receive a new warranty term; they continue under the original warranty period.

Procedures for Warranty Claims

 

We’ll assist to analyze the consumer’s problem within 24 hours, help solve the problem, restore battery usage, and introduce the optimal use method.

 

If our product fails to work normally, the consumer assists us in completing all battery testing, and both parties confirm that the product does have quality problems, we’ll send a new battery replacement for the defective battery after it has been returned to our designated warehouse using the pre-paid label we provide.

 

For US/Canada customers, please return the product to our US warehouse.

 

For European customers, please contact service.de@ipowerqueen.com to receive return instructions and the local European warehouse address.

The defective battery will be checked and tested by our technical team to analyze the problem

 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

 

Normal wear and tear or aging (including appearance and gradual capacity loss).

 

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs.

 

Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure.

 

Use outside the product’s intended application, including starter use if not designed for it.

 

Failure to follow product manuals, instructions, or safety guidelines.

 

Limitation of Liability

Power Queen and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
